Day 4 of the 21 Days to a Simple Christmas Challenge
Today’s challenge was to read chapter 3 of Celebrating and Savoring a Simple Christmas, sign up to get it free. Also part of the challenge was to figure out what you need to purchasing or items you will be making for those on your list.
Today I spent some time deciding what recipes I was going to make for the Christmas treats I give out to our neighbors, friends and family. I also made my shopping list so I could get those items picked up on my next shopping trip. Although the list is fairly long so maybe I will make a dedicated trip just for the supplies. 🙂
I also need to figure out what I am getting for my Dad. He can be a hard one to buy for sometimes. So I am hoping to finalize his gifts and get them purchased this weekend. Everyone else is already taken care of as far as presents go.
I will be making a few handmade gifts too, but I won’t share what they are just in case. I don’t want to spoil the surprise for anyone.
