Asian BBQ Chicken with Rice and Stir Fry Vegetables

Our menu for this week:

Halibut Roast, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans
BBQ Asian Chicken, Rice, and Veggies
Beef Stew, Biscuits, and Fruit
Grandma’s Pork Chops, Roasted Veggies, and Fruit
Cashew Chicken Stir Fry, Rice, and Pan Fried Noodles
Grilled Steak, Baked Potatoes, and Salad
Out to Eat for Son’s Birthday

      Here is the recipe link. I found it here . We really like it. You can make it into a freezer cooking meal by putting the chicken into a ziploc bag add the seasoning like the post says, squeeze to mix then put into the freezer. When you are ready to make it just thaw and grill or broil. I hope you saw the chicken and artichoke recipe I posted last thursday. It is also very good.

  1. Your weekly menu looks good. I’ve gotten out of the habit of menu planning the last couple of months, and I need to get back to making our menus each weekend. It did make things run more smoothly during the week.
