Christmas Week Menu Plan

I hope you all had a great Christmas Day. We had a great time with family and ate way to much. I’ll be using some of the leftover ham in our menu plan for this week. I hate to have it go bad just sitting in the refrigerator.

Menu plan with recipe links

We’ll be using the leftover ham in the soup recipe and the cheesy ham and potatoes recipe. They are both made in the slow cooker and are so easy to prepare. Great for the week after cooking a big meal.

I’m also pulling out a chicken dish from the freezer this week as well as making hamburger steaks in the slow cooker for new years eve. They are so yummy but easy to make too.

What’s cooking at your house this week?

  1. I’m glad your family had a great Christmas, Shelly! Over the holidays, I let myself indulge in food, too, and I’m generally okay with the consequences because I know we’ll go back to eating normally after the holidays are over. 🙂

I hope you and your family have a wonderful week!

  2. We have so much leftover ham that I’m not sure how I’m going to use it all up! We’ve eaten some for lunches and another dinner, but there’s still a ton left. The ham and bean soup on your menu sounds like a good idea for using the leftovers…I’ll probably put some in the freezer too.

    Have a good week!
