Menu Plan Monday, February 15th

Menu plan with recipe links

I hope you had a nice Valentine’s Day and was able to do something fun with your honey. The weekend is over and we are back to our normal weekly schedule. Which at times can seem a little lackluster but having my regular routines in place, like having a menu plan, really helps the week go well.

Just so you know, some of the links in this post are my referral links. When you use them I might make a little money at no extra cost to you. Thanks for your support in this way you can read my disclosure policy for more information.

For our dinner this week, I’ll be breaking out the slow cooker for a few meals to make it even easier to get dinner done. I love that I can set the slow cooker in the morning and not even have to think about it until we are ready to eat, so very convenient.

The rest of the meals this week will be easy to make meals. I’ll be making chicken stir fry this week to use up the veggies in my crisper drawer. I don’t want them to go bad. We’ll also be having pizza this week. We have it often because it’s a family favorite at our house and it’s easy to make too.

Here’s our menu plan for this week,

Dinners

Easy Crock Pot Beef Roast

Slow Cooker Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Salad, and Butter Dips

Comfort Food Beef Noodles

Beef Noodles, Salad, and Fruit

Chicken Stir Fry with Rice

Grandma’s Pork chops, Roasted Potatoes, and Salad

Easy to make ground beef lettuce wraps, Frugal Family Home

Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps, Rice, and Fruit

Pizza and Salad

Slow Cooker Taco Soup, Salad, and Fruit

Lunches

Leftover Most Days

Sandwiches, Chips, and Carrot Sticks

BLT’s, Chips, and Fruit

Breakfasts

I love how easy these cinnamon twist scones are to make. They are as easy to mix up as biscuits, but turn out looking so fancy. Great for breakfast or brunch when company is coming over. They are also a frugal breakfast recipe costing only $.10 each. My family gobbles these up every time I made them.

Toast and Eggs

Waffles, Eggs, and Sausage

Cinnamon Twist Scones, Eggs, and Sausage

  1. I wish we could get back to a normal routine! We’ve had so much snow and ice lately that schools have been closed..or the kids have a scheduled day off…that I feel like I haven’t had a normal week since before Christmas. Hopefully this is the last of the winter weather 🙂

We’re trying out a new soup recipe this week…it’s called Chicken Jalapeno Popper soup. I’ll leae out the jalapenos, however, since my kids can’t do anything spicy. I’m hoping it tastes good.

    Have a great week!

    1. Sound like a yummy recipe Erin. I would leave out the jalapenos too.
