Menu Plan Monday, July 25th

Where did this month go? It seems like it flew right by so quickly. Soon it will be time to start school again. I don’t know if I’m quite ready for that yet.

Menu plan with recipe links

My kids made the dinner menu plan all by themselves. My son loves burritos and hamburgers, he picked those dinners.

My daughter likes the chicken haystacks, spaghetti and the cashew chicken stir fry.

They both decided on the ham sandwiches, those we be somewhat like subway sandwiches. The freezer meal of Italian chicken was my addition. It was a team effort to get our menu planned for this week.

I was happy to have some help coming up with dinner ideas. Some days it’s just hard to come up with ideas for dinner. What’s cooking at your house this week?

Dinners

This is the best and easiest homemade pasta sauce I’ve ever made. It’s so simple but tastes so delicious too. It only takes about 20 minutes to make too. Great for a quick and easy dinner any night of the week. If you can open a few cans and slice garlic you can make this delicious sauce in just minutes for a quick and easy dinner. Add in cooked ground beef or cooked sausage to beef it up.

  1. I like how you worked together to plan your menu this week. 🙂

I like to “take requests” when I’m writing out a grocery list.

  2. I can’t believe that July is almost over! It just seemed to fly right by this year 🙂

Your menu looks so yummy again, as usual…I hope you have a wonderful week!
