Menu Plan Monday, Thanksgiving Week

Menu plan with recipe links

Happy Monday to you. Are you ready for Thanksgiving? I know I’m almost ready. We’ll be cooking our turkey on the wood fired grill and enjoying it will some favorite side dishes alongside yummy pumpkin pie.

The rest of the week we’ll be eating easy meals my family loves. I like to keep the rest of the week simple for dinner so I don’t get overwhelmed with too much cooking.

We’ll be enjoying a quick skillet dish that taste like a cheeseburger. An easy baked dinner with chicken, artichokes and mushroom.

Everyone loves my great grandma’s pork chop recipe so we’ll be eating that again this week. And we have meatballs in the freezer so barbecued meatballs are on the meal plan too.

Here’s what’s cooking at our house this week,

Dinners

Skillet Cheeseburger Dish, Salad, and Fruit

Chicken Artichoke Bake ~ This is a healthy chicken artichoke pasta recipe is easy enough for everyday dinner but fancy enough for a company dinner.

Got a picky eater who doesn’t like to eat potatoes as a side dish? I make these for my picky eater and call them square french fries and they are eaten up without any complaints. This simple recipe for roasted potatoes is quick to prepare for the oven and only takes 3 ingredients too.
