I can’t believe it’s already April. It seems just a few weeks ago that it was January and here we are now in spring. It goes by so fast.

I’m slowly transitioning our meals from winter comfort foods to lighter spring inspired meals. This week we’ll be having salads for side dishes often. I’ve also planned a few bowl meals. But I’ve also included a favorite of ours homemade pizza too.

What’s cooking at your house this week?

  1. Your menus are always inspiring! I’m right there with you needing to transition back to lighter spring fare (as well as get us out of our rut of eating the same meals over and over). Hope you have a great week!

  3. We are finally getting some spring-like weather here, and I’m so happy for it!

I made some pan-fried pork chops and broccoli salad for dinner last night…a bit lighter meal for spring. It will be nice when I can get out and grill the chops 🙂

    Have a great week!
