What’s for Dinner, 7 Day Frugal Meal Plan

This week’s meal plan isn’t anything fancy. It’s simple meals that are easy and inexpensive to make. I’ve included the recipe links for you too.

We’ll be having chili baked potatoes, they are a family favorite and so very easy to make. You can use canned chili in this meal for a super easy dinner. Or make your own chili to top the potatoes with.

These are also great with cooked ground beef instead of chili. I like to add taco seasoning when I use the ground beef.

Pizza and breakfast for dinner are on the menu this week too. Both are easy to make. If you need a good pizza dough recipe you need to try this one. It’s easy to make and no rising time needed.

We are also having taco bowls. They are easy to make and so good.

  1. The southwest chicken skillet sounds good. 🙂 We’ll be having pizza this week, too, but it’ll be out of the house this time. We’re going to be visiting a new MOD pizza location, and we’re looking forward to that.

    1. I hope you and your family have a great time eating pizza out this week!

  2. I love eating Burrito Bowls, but I’ve never made them at home. I’m excited to hear what you think of the new recipe 🙂

We had lasagna last night (without the noodles) and will have BBQ meatballs later in the week.

  3. Great menu- I love burrito bowls and I think they are the type of thing you could make however you like once you have a master recipe!
