Goals for this Week, April 19th

My goals for this week and how last week went too.

I’m just a little late getting this post up today. It was just such a nice day yesterday, I spent most of the day working outside and forgot about getting my goals ready for the week. But at least I remembered today.

The spring cleaning and working on my rug pattern fell by the wayside, but I did get the rest of my goals done. This week went better than last week. I also had a friend come into town to visit, so that was a nice treat too.

I finished the budgeting spreadsheet I was working on. But I still have a couple of posts to update in my budgeting series. I will be sharing each of the budget posts next month, once I have them updated. I hope your week went really well.

Listen to one chapter in the audiobook the kids picked out.

Work on a making a new rug

Exercise 5 times this week

Get to bed by 10:30 each night

    1. I’ll be sure to share photos of the rug, once its done. I’m trying to write a pattern as I’m making it, so it so slow going. I need to take half of it out and restart because I added too many stitches around the corners. So it doesn’t want to lay flat, ugh. I’m dragging my feet at getting it pulled out and restarted. But I will get to it soon. Hopefully this week, when the rain returns.

  1. This weekend was beautiful weather. We found a great deal on mulch, borrowed a truck, and installed 110 bags of mulch. I am exhausted, but its done! So, I am not doing too much exercise or gardening this week. I am going to consider laying the mulch my exercise this week. 🙂 I just plan on working on a couple blog articles.

    1. Wow Julie, sounds like you got quite a bit of exercise in. I’ve been thinking about putting mulch down this year, but my husband doesn’t like it. So I’m not sure we will get it done. It does help to keep the weeds down though.

  2. I’ve been keeping up with my organizing series for 10 weeks in a row, which I consider a personal miracle! 😉 I also got in all my exercise last week, finished up scrapbooking all my photos and did all my errands.
