Goals for This Week, July 6th

My goals for this week and how last week went too.

My husband is back to work this week and we are back to a more normal schedule. It was nice not having to do much at all last week.

We ended up spending a lot of time indoors, since it’s been so very hot. But there is a promise of cooler, more normal weather to come this weekend. I hope they forecaster is right. We’ve been breaking high temperature records for the last week.

With all the hot weather we were able to enjoy the pool. Even with all the hot weather the water is still a little on the chilly side, which is really surprising to me.

I missed one of my goals last week. I was able to write one post instead of three, but I did manage to get the rest of the goals done.

How did you do on your goals this past week?

  1. I’ve been having a hard time getting to any of my goals with the kids home because I’ve been working a lot with them…we are doing a summer workbook to help them keep their math and language skills fresh, plus doing a lot of reading. They are also taking swim lessons everyday, and piano twice a week, with daily practice. It sounds like so much when I write it out…no wonder I’m tired!

I hope you get some cooler weather soon! Have a great week 🙂

    1. Erin, that does sound like a lot to do. We do some school in the summer but not much. There is a promise of cooler weather this weekend and I’m hoping they are right. My fingers are crossed, I’m so done with 90+ temperatures each day.
