Goals for This Week, May 10th

My goals for this week and how last week went too.

I hope you all had a great Mother’s Day. I had a nice day. We had waffles for breakfast then I made two bouquets from the flowers in our yard and took them to the cemetery for my mom and grandma. It was such a nice day, sunny but not too warm.

This week was a nice relaxed week. You might think I was able to get all my goals done, since it was a nice relaxed week. But I didn’t. That’s how it goes some weeks and it’s ok.

The kids and myself did make cookies. Since it was warm this week, we made a batch of dairy free no bake cookies. They turned out great. My mom used to make them often, so it was fitting to make them this week, just in time for Mother’s Day.

  1. I need to get my ferns planted this week. Also, I picked up 15 pounds of apples that I need to finish dehydrating soon. I am making apple chips for a snack this summer. Your cookies look good, I will have to try making them this summer with my son.

    1. We love dehydrated apples for a snack, I make them when I find apples on sale. I hope you can get your ferns planted this week.

  2. I didn’t get to all of my goals this week, either. Sometimes relaxing and being refreshed is more important than crossing things off our to-do list. 🙂

  3. Great job on your goals…even though you didn’t get everything done, you still did a whole lot, and I think you should be so proud of yourself 🙂

I’m getting my house extra clean this week because we are expecting my mom this week for a short visit, and I wanted everything to look extra nice. Hope you have a great week!
