Goals for this Week, October 26th

I have a confession to make. It was a busy week and I didn’t once look at my goals. As I started to write this post I was looking to see how I did. I’m happy to say, even though I neglected to look at them, I was able to most of them done. I guess sticking with simple goals really saved me this week.

The kids and myself have really been enjoying the art class. It’s something that I look forward to doing each week with them. I think we are all improving too. My son is a little young for the course but he makes a good effort each lesson.

While we didn’t get any granola made this past week. We did make some yummy caramel frosting pumpkin bars. The recipe will be up this week. I used pumpkin puree we made last year from our pumpkins and it worked great. If you want to make your own pumpkin puree, I have a tutorial you can check out.

Here’s the things I was able to accomplished this past week,

Family

Art class with the kids

Have the kids help bake something, maybe will make granola this week (Pumpkin bars were made)

Personal

Drink 6 glasses of water a day ( I fell short on this goal this week. I’m hoping to do better next week)

Exercise 5 times this week

Get to bed by 10:30 each night

Blogging

Write 5 blog posts for October Series ( I have finished my posts. They are all ready to go. That was quite a challenge)

Work on a chapter in my ebook (I didn’t get to it at all, maybe this week)
