Fluffy Whole Wheat Pancakes

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk use almond milk or soy milk for dairy free pancakes
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Flavoring
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar


  • Add the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder to a bowl and whisk to mix well.
  • To the flour mixture add the water, milk, and maple flavoring. Stir to combine.
