5BUTTERFINGER® Fun-Size candy barschopped for topping
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the sugar, oil, cocoa powder, and eggs until well combined.
Add the flour, salt, and vanilla to the egg mixture and stir to just combine.
Fill 18 silicone muffin cups or greased muffin tins half full with batter. Add half of a BUTTERFINGER® Fun-Size candy bar to each one.
Top with a little more batter and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until the brownies are cooked through. Let cool completely and then frost with peanut butter frosting (see recipe below).
Dip the frosted muffin bites into the chopped BUTTERFINGER® candy, pressing slightly to get candy to adhere to frosting.
