Dairy Free Double Chocolate Donuts

  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Soy milk with one tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine melted we use dairy free Nucoa


  • Mix the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
  • Add the milk, eggs and the margarine and mix well.
  • Grease the donut pan.
  • Fill the donut pan cavities abut 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 425 for 7-9 minutes and then let sit in pan for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool, glaze or frost with frosting.
