Servings: 36 brownies
- 3/4 cup Margarine or Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 5 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Vanilla or Butterscotch chips (optional)
To a bowl add softened margarine or butter, cocoa powder, eggs, and sugar. Beat well until creamy.
Add in salt, vanilla, and flour to the butter mixture and mix well.
Spray 3 mini muffin tins and fill the tins about 3/4 full with the brownie mixture. Sprinkle the of the muffins with baking chips if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the middle of each muffin is set.
Let cool for about 5-10 minutes in the muffin tins, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
