if you don't need to eat dairy free

Shredded Coconut

Chopped Almonds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with a Silpat liner or parchment paper.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl set aside.
In another bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time mixing each one in until fully combined.
Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
Stir in coconut, almonds and chocolate chips.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto the prepared cookie sheet and slightly flatten each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes, then cool on sheet for 10 minutes. Remove to a rack to cool completely.
