Cherries
pitted and chopped

package Soft Silken Tofu
1
cup
Silk Almond Milk Blends
1/3
cup
Oil

Sugar
dash of Salt

Vanilla

Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
In a blender add the tofu, almond milk blend, oil, sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Add in 1/2 cup of cherries and blend.
Pour the mixture into a ice cream maker and freeze.
When the ice cream is almost done add in the rest of the chopped cherries and chocolate chips.
Once ice cream is done, place it into a freezer container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
