Goals for this Week, February 22nd

My goals for this week and how last week went too.

This week seemed so busy to me. I don’t really know if I was really that busy or if it just seemed like it. But I’m glad to be starting a new week.

Spring has hit at our house and my allergies have flared up. I love and hate this time of year. I love the weather getting nicer but I hate that it’s hard for me to get outside much, since it causes me breathing problems from the pollen. But by the end of the next month, it should be better. Does anyone else have trouble this time of year?

I was able to get the majority of my goals accomplished this week. I missed one in each category. Not too bad.

The recipe fell by the wayside this week. We will try for it again this week. I wasn’t good about drinking water this week at all. I need to remember to start the day with a full glass. Doing that small task helps me to set the tone for the rest of the day. If I forget to do it, it’s hard to catch up.

Here’s the things I was able to accomplished this past week,

Family

Make a new recipe with the kids

Help my daughter with the doll she is making

Read aloud to my son 3 times this week

Personal

Drink 6 glasses of water a day

Exercise 5 times this week

Get to bed by 10:30 each night

Blogging

Work on a product post

  1. I’m sorry to hear that your allergies are flaring up. That’s the one downside to spring 🙂

Great job on your goals…you always seem to get so much done! I hope you have a great week this week!

  2. You did well with your goals last week, Shelly. I’m sorry to hear that your allergies are flaring up, though. I know that it’ll be spring soon, but here in Illinois, it’s definitely still winter. 🙂

I’ve been working on a consistent bedtime, too (11:00), and it’s FINALLY getting easier for me. It only took me a couple months…

  4. We can’t wait for Spring here …but I know too with that will come the allergies like yours. Hope you get over that soon. Have a great week.
