Meals for the Week of 2/19
This will be our meals this week:
Pizza and Salad
Dijon Ginger Chicken, Potatoes, and Veggie
Beef and Bean Burritos, Chips, Salsa and Salad
Presto Pork, Baked Fries and Green Beans
Spaghetti with meat sauce, French bread and Salad
Sticky Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Salad
Chili, Cornbread and Salad
We will be having salad a lot this week as I got some at Costco. I like to plan my meals with a main dish, some kind of side and a veggie or salad.
Our breakfasts will be toast and oatmeal (using our oatmeal packets we made) and eggs. We will have omlets one day over the weekend along with pancakes or waffles one day over the weekend.
Lunches will be: salads, leftovers, sandwiches, burritos or corn dogs. I try to keep our lunches simple and easy to do.

I’m planning on keeping meals simple this week, because I have a project to work on plus we are in the thick of looking for a new home.
I did make homemade chicken soup over the weekend, which turned out wonderfully. 🙂
