Here are the meals I will be cooking this week.
Roast Beef Sandwiches(left over roast from yesterday), Salad and Fruit
Pan Fried Fish, Veggies, Rolls and Fruit
Cashew Chicken and Rice
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Salad and French Bread
Chicken Curry over Rice and Veggies
Marinaded Pork Chops, Rice and Veggies
Italian Chicken, Roasted Veggies and Potatoes and Salad
As you can see I plan my meal plan with just veggies listed. I do that because I shop once a week at Everyday Deals. The veggies we end up eating are subject to what they have at the store for the week. This goes true for our fruit also. If they don’t have any good fruit and veggies then I use my canned fruits and frozen or canned veggies to fill in. This way we get a good mix of different fruits and vegetables.
