Today, we had a super simple dinner of tater tots and green beans. I like having easy dinners like this, but I’m looking forward to spending a good chunk of time in the kitchen this week making some homemade whole wheat pancakes, waffles, and maybe some donut holes, too.
I make waffles or pancakes every weekend. I usually make a double or triple batch so we have leftovers for weekday breakfasts or snacks. Donut holes sound good. I have made potato donuts from scratch and they are so good.
