Goals for July 14, Sleep, Exercise, Water and More
This week was a good week. I made some really good progress on my goals too. The weather turned a little chilly so we were only able to swim twice this week. The pool isn’t heated and gets a little chilly when it not at least 80 degrees.
I made good progress on my blog design, I am going to try to finish it and get it up this week. I really focused on getting my reading done early this week, so I am back on track with that. I didn’t get all the reading in with my son as I would have liked, but we did some other fun things, so he was happy. I helped my daughter with a sewing and computer project this week. She was happy with both when they were done. It’s so nice to spend a little time one on one with each child a week.
I was able to get myself to bed at a decent hour each night, so I think I am finally catching up on my sleep. I had a few mornings I could have stayed in bed and skipped exercising but I got up and got my exercising done each day. It was a struggle but I am glad I stuck with getting up early.

Help my daughter with a sewing project
Work on my own sewing project
Read with my son 3 times this week (only got this done once, we were having too much fun with other things)
Sleep at least 7 hours each night
