Goals for the Week of August 9th

My goals for this week and how last week went too.

My feet are sore, but I did manage to get most of my goals done this week. I picked yesterday as the day to can the dill pickles. I don’t think I planned very well because I also planned to do our once a month shopping at Winco that day too.

First I went shopping at Winco, then stopped by the farm stand and picked up dill and cucumbers. Then went home unloaded all the groceries and put them away, made lunch. Around one, I started in on 25 pounds of cucumbers to pickle. I ended up canning 21 jars of dill pickles and I finished up around 4:30 just in time to make dinner.

I really thought about just picking up something for dinner, but I remember we had hamburger patties in the freezer. That ended up being dinner  and an easy dinner it was. Which I was thankful for. I shared the photo below on Instagram yesterday of the pickles. I would love to have you follow me if you don’t already.

I canned 21 jars of dill pickles today.

Other than Saturday being pretty busy, the rest of the week went well. I was hoping to cross off all of my goals, but I ended up not getting to three of them.

How did you do on your goals this past week?
