Goals for This Week 6/9

This week was a better week. We are falling into a summer routine of playing outside and doing a little school each day, along with fun stuff too. I was able to make time to read to my son four days this week. He really enjoys the one on one time with me and I enjoy it too.

I was able to get into the kitchen to make a new recipe and did some gardening too. I have been keeping up with my exercising and with the warmer weather I have been doing much better on drinking water. It was just too nice of weather for me to work on my sewing project so it is added to this week’s list. I hate to say it but I didn’t take time to submit my guest post. I guess it’s the fear of rejection holding me back. But I’m going to submit it this week. 🙂

What I was able to accomplish this past week,

Read to my son each day ( we fit this in 4 days this week)

Try a new recipe

Finish my sewing projects (I have one gift left to sew up)

Submit a guest post

Exercise 5 times this week

Drink 6 glasses of water a day

Read one chapter of Platform and Better Than a Box book

Start review with my daughter for her standardized test later this month

  1. It sounds like your summer if off to a great start. I’m sure your kids are enjoying the slower school pace and more fun time outside. 🙂

I haven’t planned out my goals for the week yet, but I’m hoping to get that today.
