Goals for This Week, December 21st
This past week was a hard week. My husband caught a cold. Then a few days later both the kids were sick and finally mid week I caught it too. I really hate being sick. But then again who likes being sick. The last few days of last week I spent lots of time resting as needed. By getting extra rest I’m hoping to beat this bug before Christmas.
Before the sickness struck us all down, I was able to get the photo cards done and mailed out, finish making the cookies and candy too. Maybe it was pushing myself to get all of that done, is what finally did me in.
I’ve been drinking lots of water and getting rest, but I did miss one day of exercising. I was just too tired to get it in. This next week I’m not making too many goals. With Christmas coming and being ill, I think it’s best just to take it easy and enjoy a quiet week.
Here’s the things I was able to accomplished this past week,

Drink 6 glasses of water a day
Exercise 5 times this week

I hope you all feel better soon! There has been a virus going around our area…most of our neighbors have been sick, and my son and I also caught it. At least we’ll all be done being sick for Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you and your family Shelly! Hope you have a wonderful day ๐
Today is the first day I’m feeling better, which I’m thankful for. The rest of my family is almost fully recovered too.
