Goals for This Week, February 16th

We had a more normal weather week here, this week. I’m so glad the snow is gone. We had a big enough dose of snow, enough to last me until next year. I feel for all of you who are still looking at it out of your windows.

I’m ready for spring. So ready I added planning our garden to my goals this week. I also finally got started on my knitting project. I will be sure to post about it once it’s done.

I missed one day of exercising this week but I got some exercise working in the yard picking up all the sticks and debris that fell out of our trees with the ice. So if I count that I got all 5 days in. 🙂

I decided to drop the chore schedule for the kids for now. I think it’s pretty obvious that’s it a low priority for me when it’s been on here more than two weeks and I still haven’t found the time to take care of it. Maybe this spring.

Here’s the things I was able to accomplished this past week,

Family

Set up a chore schedule for the kids

Read to my son each day

Spend some time helping my daughter as needed

Personal

Exercise 5 times this week (I got four times in this week and some exercising in while doing yard work)

Drink 5 glasses of water a day

Start the Knitting project I picked out last week

Read a chapter in Platform

  1. I did terribly on my exercise goals this week! Glad to see that you got your exercise in and that you accomplished many more goals…way to go!

    1. Thanks Erin! I think with all the snow you received, you had a good excuse. 🙂
