Goals for this Week, February 9th

This past week was a weird week for us. We ended up with over 3 inches of snow. We don’t get snow like this very often maybe once every year or two. So I didn’t get as much done as I had hoped but we did have fun watching the snow fall and playing in it.

My son was just a wee bit disappointed when we tried to build a snowman well snowdog in the form of his dog. The snow just wouldn’t stick at all, way too dry. Here’s what I did get done when I wasn’t distracted by the snow,

Here’s the things I accomplished this past week,

Family

Make a chore chart for the kids

Read to my son 5 times this week

Help my daughter as needed with her crochet project

Exercise 5 times this week

Drink 5 glasses of water

Pick out a knitting project to start

  1. We got quite a bit of snow last week, too, and because we already had so much, the mounds of snow all other the place just keep getting bigger. 🙂

My kids get bummed when the snow isn’t packable, and they can’t build a snowman, either.

I hope you have a great week, Shelly!

  2. We got snow, too! Unfortunately, it has been really too cold to go out and play in the snow a whole lot here though. I did get to go shovel and love getting to exercise in that way!

Hope you have a great week this week, Shelly!

    1. I got some snow shoveling in too. Well, until the freezing rain came. Then everything was way to slick to go outside. Now we are just back to our normal everyday rain.

I hope you have a great week too Lydia.
