Goals for this Week, May 11th
Happy Mother’s Day! I hope you have something fun planned for the day.
I didn’t get to play any games with the kids this week but we did have some fun doing a few other things. Our garden now has more vegetables planted in it. I added some green onions, more lettuce, leeks, more bush sweet peas and some broccoli. So I’m hoping the weather will be good enough to get them growing.
I was able to keep up with my water drinking this week. I also got to bed on time but I did have trouble falling asleep one night. My back was bothering me so I’m sure that’s what the problem was.
I didn’t get to the Platform book this week but I did read two other ebooks. They were quick reads but that didn’t leave any time for my scheduled book. I think that brings me to 4 books completed for this year. I’m almost caught up to my goal of 12 for the year.
This week is our last formal week for our homeschool. So I’ll need to finalize grades so we can get my daughter’s grades recorded for her diploma program. We always do a lighter schedule of school over the summer but we will take a week or two off so I can get some planning done.
Here’s the things I was able to accomplished this past week,

What’s your goals for this week?
Great job on your goals last week, Shelly! I’m glad your garden is coming along so well.
Can you believe that it is almost the end of the school year? I think my son has 5 days left at his preschool (he only goes 3 days per week). My daughter’s school year was extended a bit, due to the many snow days we had to take during the winter.
Good luck on your goals this week!
Yes, this school year seem to fly by. That’s bummer your daughter has to make up days. I know I always hated it when I was a kid and that happened to me. I hope you have a great week too.
