Goals for this Week, September 29th
I was really hoping to be able to mark off all my goals two weeks in a row but it just didn’t work out. I wasn’t able to get all my water in each day. But at least most days I was able to get 6-7 glasses of water in. It is really helping to not have too many more options of items to drink except for water.
Here’s the things I accomplished this past week,
Work on 4 recipe posts
Drink 7 glasses of water a day, I’m bumping this up to see if I can’t get back up to 8 glasses again.
Exercise 5 times this week
Work on back office blog items
Read aloud to my son each day
Help my daughter with a project
Read one chapter in each book, Platform, Better Than a Box, Simple Blogging (affiliate links)
Goals for this Week
Do read aloud time with my son each day

Exercise 5 times this week
Drink more water, my goal is still 7 glasses a day this week
Purchase pears to can
Plan next month menu
Complete this week’s lesson in my online class

I really like how simple your goals are. I started using this same method of sorts last week. My goals are:
Canning: Tomatillo salsa
Tomato Salsa
Crushed Tomatoes
Exercise Cardio 4 days
Exercise Weights 3 days
Read 30 minutes with my son each night
Drink 5 glasses of water a day
Plan next 2 weeks of work related activities and calls
Work the 15 minute a day declutter calendar
Post items on KSL for sale

Good job on your goals! I’m trying to get through a few books that I have to write reviews for, and get all my exercise in. Last week, I skipped a couple of classes, so I need to make sure to get them done this week.
