Super Saving Saturday, Cheap Pasta this Week
This week I made two trips to Fred Meyer. One late last Saturday and one during the week this week. I was able to stock up on chicken this week. I made a few packages of Thai Thighs and one package of Sweet Asian Chicken. I also purchase a whole chicken to roast and then make chicken broth with the bones. I’ll make a few chicken soup kits with the broth and cooked chicken.

Great deals, Shelly! My husband picked up our box of vegetables yesterday, and I was excited to see more onions (which we needed) and peppers to use in our meatless chili tomorrow. 🙂
Meatless chili sounds so good. I need to add it to my menu plan soon. Do you add tofu into your chili?
