Menu Plan
For our meals this week I am making some easy dinners again. Some weeks I just feel like I want to keep my menu simple for ease. So there isn’t anything fancy this week.

Steak, Baked Potatoes and Salad

Beef Cups, with veggies and fruit

Toast, Eggs, and Oatmeal
Cinnamon Roll Biscuits, Eggs and Sausage
Pancakes, Sausage and Eggs

We are still trying to eat healthier over here to work on losing weight. I’m trying to substitute healthier choices in some of our favorite recipes to make them lighter (ground chicken instead of beef, etc.).
I hope you see progress on the scale this week. I think it makes it easier to make changes when you can see progress.
