Meals For The Week Of 4/8
What we are eating this week at our house.
- Ham, Scallop potatoes, Green Beans and Rolls
- Cashew Chicken Stir Fry with Rice
- Macaroni and Beef Skillet Dish, Bread and Salad
- Pan Fried Pork Chops, Baked Potatoes and Salad
- BBQ Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans
- London Broil, Salad and Roasted Veggies
- Left Over London Broil on Tortillas with Cheese and Lettuce, and Fruit
Well that is it for us here. What do you have planned this week?
We’re trying to follow our diet plan again this week. Tonight we were supposed to have fish tacos, but no one wanted to eat them, so I pan fried the fish instead and made some pasta and a salad to go with it. Not the healthiest, but I made it with what I had on hand and it worked out 🙂
Erin, I am sorry the dinner didn’t work out for your family. I have never had fish tacos myself. We all like tacos and fish so we would probably like fish tacos I just have never made them. It is great you were able to use what you had on hand to make a meal that would work for your family.
