Goals for the Week of August 16th

My goals for this week and how last week went too.

How did this past week go for you? I did fairly well on my goals. We didn’t get to go in the pool twice this week, only once. It was just a little too cool this week. But the kids did get to play with water balloons twice this week. Maybe this week will be a little warmer and we will be able to have more pool time.

I’m still working on determining what I want to purchase for this year’s homeschool books. I really need to decide and either go to the bookstore or order them online.

I also was able to make a few more freezer meals with the chicken I purchased yesterday. It only took about a half an hour to get about 9 pounds of chicken ready for the freezer. I’m glad to have it done too.

How did you do on your goals this past week?

  1. It looks like you got a whole lot done last week…good job!

Will you be starting school soon? Our kids are starting on Monday…we went to the open house today to meet their teachers and drop off their school supplies. I think it would be fun to be able to pick out your own books for school…I hope you can make your decision quickly 🙂

    1. We will be starting school the day after Labor Day as usual. I count that as the official end of summer. 🙂 I have decided on our items to purchase and I’ll order them this week. We didn’t have to get too much since we are using many of the books we used for our daughter at this age. I’m glad I saved them now.
