Goals for This Week, June 22
This past week wasn’t too bad of a week at all. The kids and myself had fun making a craft together. Then on Friday the kids made their own craft/experiment of magic sand. You can see the photo I shared on Instagram. Be sure to follow me while you are there.
I shared on Friday about how I did with my personal goals in my 12 months to a healthier you challenge update. I missed one day on getting to bed on time. I’m doing much better at getting to bed on time. I would have been to bed on time that night too. But I forgot to send an email out so that delayed me a while.
This week my goals are a little more relaxed. My husband will be home from work for the week so it will be a more relaxed week.
Here’s the things I was able to accomplished this past week,
Family
Make a craft with the kids
Bake something (we didn’t bake but we did make ice cream)
Read with my son
Personal
Read a chapter of the book, Platform
Drink 6 glasses of water a day
Exercise 5 times this week
Get to bed by 10:30 each night ( I went to bed late one night this week, not too bad)
Blogging
Write 3 blog posts
Work on my back office work (didn’t get to this at all)
