There are a lot of deals to be had during the Prime Day sale. I’m sharing some of my favorites, items that I use the love. Plus items I think are good buys.
Many people think about big items when shopping the Prime Day sale, but I want you also to think about everyday items you use, that you can stock up on and save. Like these items below…
Cleaners for both the washing machine and dishwasher are on sale. I use the washing machine tabs once a month and my front loading washing machine no longer stinks at all. Woohoo! I’m also stocking up on Dove beauty bars. I use Dove bars to make our own body wash.
Electronics
Apple Products
My husband’s been wanting Apple Airpods but they were so much more expensive than other brands but now they are on sale. So they are going into my cart.
They also have Apple watches on sale the discount varies depending on the model you are looking at. My husband has an Apple watch and he loves it. So if you’ve been thinking about one this is the perfect time to save money.
iPad are also slightly discounted but not as much as the AirPods or the watches.

My daughter grabbed a pair of over the ear bluetooth ear buds. She prefers the over the ear type and was happy to see this pair not only on sale but a coupon to add to the savings too.
I saw these Raycon bluetooth ear buds with great reviews and picked up a pair for me.
Amazon Products
I love Amazon Basics brand. The one item I love, love, love in this brand is the batteries. They are always such a good price. They have the alkaline batteries and the rechargeable batteries on sale. It would be a great time to stock up and save.
The Fire Tablets are on a great sale up to 50% off. My kids each have a fire tablet and even my 90 year old aunt uses one. They are much more reasonably price than other brands.

We use a drying rack to dry clothes outside on hot days and the one below is a good deal. We also use the cube storage containers to place each person’s clothing in once it folded. I love using this system, no more falling over towers of clothing. Each person has their own cube. If you need a few new dish towels these are a great price.

They have a great sale on our favorite type of barbecue, a wood pellet grill. I love our wood pellet grill and they have the Traeger brand on sale. That was the brand of our very first wood pellet grill it lasted us 15 years even with all the rain we get.

Metal Raised Garden Beds
We need to replace our raised garden beds and we’ve been looking at the metal raised beds. I see that the Gadi metal raised garden beds, here’s another raised metal garden bed in a different size, (this is the best price I’ve seen) and the Veggo beds are both on sale.
Sprinklers and Water Systems
It’s been hot here and we’ve been watering a lot. If you need a new sprinkler for your garden these Aqua Joe sprinklers are on sale.
If you have hanging planters like I do, this watering wand makes it so much easier to water your hanging plants. I love the one we have.

Kitchen Tools
We cook pizza on our grill about once a week. I used my pizza stone to cook our pizzas for years. This pizza stone with pizza peel is like the one I owned and it’s on sale.
I use our meat thermometer all the time to check when meat is done. Amazon has this instant read thermometer on sale. If you don’t have you can get one and save.
This week I made chocolate chip banana ice cream for my family in my Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker I’ve had for over 5 years now and it still works great. You can save 30% on this ice cream maker right now during the sale.
If you need a new food processors for making sunflower butter, peanut butter or almond butter. I can whole heartily recommend the Hamilton Beach brand. After my 30 year old food processor died, I purchased a new Hamilton Beach one and I’ve been happy with it.
Food Storage
If you like to buy food bulk and freeze it having a vacuum sealer is a great way to pack your food before you freeze it. Amazon has a vacuum sealer on sale, it has good reviews.
If you’re looking to reduce throw away plastics in your kitchen, these reusable food storage bags are a great solution. We have two sets and use them all the time. We’ve been using our for over a year now. I can’t think of how many plastic bags we’ve saved from the trash by using these. These from Stasher are on sale too.
Here’s a set of glass food storage containers with lids. I try to use glass for any hot foods I need to cover and store. This set is nice because it comes in round and square containers.
Or if space is a problem in your kitchen these collapsible storage containers can be the solution for you.
Utensils and Measuring Cups
I melted so many spatulas before I purchased a set of heat resistant ones. This full set would be a great addition to your kitchen tools. And at such a great price too. This chopper for cooking ground beef is also heat resistant. Makes breaking up ground beef while it cooks so much easier.
I have a mandolin slicer and I use it often. It works great when I need to slice cucumbers when making pickles. Or potatoes when making scalloped potatoes. It makes the job so much easier and you get more uniform slices so they all cook at the same rate.
Every kitchen needs to have good measuring tools when cooking. To measure liquids these Pyrex measuring cups are perfect. I have all three sizes and use them each week.
I also love my plastic cutting boards. They can be tucked away. They are coded for the type of use and they are easy to clean too.
Cleaning
I don’t know what I’d do without my e-cloth cleaning products. If you’ve never heard of them, you can see my review here. During the Prime Day sale the e-cloth window cleaning set is on sale. These two cloths work together to clean windows and mirrors without any chemicals to a streak-free shine.
I was absolutely amazed at how well this lint remover works on pet hair. We have two cats and a dog that shed hair constantly. I took our lint remover to the throw rug and couldn’t believe how much pet hair came up after vacuuming. This lint remover works! If you have pets that shed this is a must have for cleaning their hair.
Office and School Supplies
Pens and Pencils
Amazon has my favorite pens on sale. I love these Papermate Inkjoy pens. I love all the colors they come in and the write beautifully. My second favorite pens are also on sale. The Pilot G2 Gell Roller pens come in a close second to the Papermate pens.
My kids love to paint and these watercolor pens and wonderful. If your kids love to use watercolors and you don’t like the mess these pens are the solution.
Paper Pads and Sticky Notes
I’m constantly looking for a piece of paper to write on that’s why I love having a paper pad close by. And who wouldn’t love these pretty pastel colors? I also like to have sticky notes to remind me of things I need to do. These lined sticky notes are perfect. I always keep some on hand.
Binders and Other School Supplies
Soon it will be back to school time. Take advantage of the great sales on office supplies now. Like this set of 3 ring binders. Or these dividers to add the binders. I love the ones with the pockets in them.
We recently purchased this pack of 3 scissors but we paid more. These are great scissors to have around the house they work great for the kids project or just to keep in the junk drawer for when you need to cut open a package in the kitchen.
Pick up one of these cool frames if you kids bring home lots of artwork from school. My son loves to draw and I purchased one of these frames that not only displays the kids artwork beautifully but also service to store the extra artwork too. Grab a couple for you home so you’ll alway have a place to store you kid’s artwork.

For Your Pets
This cat perch is one your feline friend will love. We have one just like it for our cats they loved it so much we had to buy a second one. This is one item your cat will love.
Another item our cats love are these hide away tunnels. They love to hide in them and pounce out of one of the holes. It’s a fun game for them.
To make traveling with our dog easier we have a set of these collapsible bowls. They are easy to store in the car and whenever the pet needs to eat or drink up pop it up and you have a bowl.
