Menu Plan Monday, March 10th
Happy Monday to you. I hope this week is starting out good for you. On this week’s menu plan, I’m making a London Broil and planning on stretching it for two meals. I love it when I can cook once and eat twice.
I’ll also be making breakfast for dinner. If you need a yummy waffle recipe be sure to check out the one I use. I’ll be making a few family requests this week of hoagie roll sandwiches and pizza too. Here’s our full menu plan,

We make our waffles they same way – it makes them super tasty. Love your waffle maker too. It can take so long making them one at a time.
I’ve never cooked London broil before, but it looks yummy. If I see one on sale, I’ll have to try it.
We’re having breakfast for dinner this week as well. I’m not sure I’ve ever cooked a London Broil. However, I’m for checking out anything I can cook once that allows us to eat twice. Hope you have a wonderful week!
