Menu Plan Monday, Week of Oct 28th
As we get closer to the holidays I like to plan easy to make meals. It helps to save me a little time in the kitchen so I can work on the Christmas gifts I’m making. It gives me a little extra time for some holiday baking, such as making cookie dough rolls for the freezer. Here’s my menu plan for this week,
Dinners
Cornbread Chili Bake, Salad and Fruit
Waffles with Homemade Syrup, Eggs and Sausage
Spaghetti, Salad and French Bread
Pineapple Chicken (freezer meal) over Rice with Steamed Vegetables
Mini Meatloaves, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli
Grilled London Broil, Roasted Potatoes and Salad
BBQ Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflower
Lunches
Corn Dogs with Chips
Burritos with Tortilla Chips and Salsa
Leftovers
Sandwiches with Chips
Breakfasts
Toast and Eggs
Mini Apple Muffin with Nut Crumble Topping, Eggs and Sausage
Pancakes, Eggs and Sausage
Food Preserving/Freezer Cooking
Cooked Ground Beef for Freezer
Canning Pears
Cookie Dough for Freezer
