Simple Dinners Menu Plan
Inside: This menu plan is full of easy to make simple dinners. I find simple dinners help to keep use on budget and make preparing dinner easier.
How was your Thanksgiving? We had good food, almost too much of it.
This week it’s back to eating a little more reasonably. I’m making simple meals this week. All of the meals on our menu plan are easy to make without too many ingredients. My kids are looking forward to the chicken egg noodles. They love homemade egg noodles and ask for them often.
I’ll be making two kinds of soup this week. Soup is an easy way to stretch meat but still have a delicious and hearty meal. I’ll make one batch of quick dinner rolls which will be enough for both soup dinners.
Breakfast for dinner is on this week’s meal plan too. The eggs have been such a good price it’s hard not to include them in our meal plan each week. That may change if egg prices inch up again. But we are enjoying the good prices while they last.
What’s cooking at your house this week?

Your menu looks so good this week!
I was sick over the weekend and yesterday, so I didn’t get my regular shopping and meal planning done. Luckily we had a good deal of Thanksgiving leftovers in the fridge for my family to eat, and last night I scrounged through the cupboards and threw together a quick meal. I’m lost without my plan!
