I think I’m finally adjusting to the new time change. I don’t know about you but I was dragging all last week. I try to keep to a regular sleep schedule but those time changes really do throw me off.
This week I felt a little lazy or maybe it was just tired when I was planning our meals. Because of that, this week is full of easy to make dinners. I added in a breakfast for dinner this week. My family loves breakfast for dinner and it’s easy for me to make.
I also included soup for dinner it’s always an easy meal to make. I also found the recipe I printed out for yakisoba noodles with chicken and added it to the menu plan. This dish is really are quite good.
I had to include a few easy family favorites of pizza and hamburgers. I think those two meals are ones my family could eat once a week.
Here’s what’s cooking at our house this week,
Chicken Yakisoba, Fruit, and Stir Fry Vegetables
