What’s cooking at your house this week?

Here are our Meals for this Week,

Dinners

A warm hearty dish of stew hits the spot on a cool winter or spring day. This recipe is so delicious and easy to make because it’s made in the slow cooker. Also, you might be surprised at just how inexpensive it is to make. I know when I read the cost breakdown of this recipe I was surprised it was so inexpensive.

Beef Stew, Dinner Rolls, and Salad

Stir Fry Chicken and Vegetables with Rice

Beef and Celery over Noodles, Salad, and Fruit

Waffles, Sausage, and Eggs

This is an easy and delicious baked donuts recipe. Who wouldn’t love double chocolate donuts that are baked to help keep the fat down? Better yet, these are also dairy free donuts too. You’ll have to see how easy these are to make. If you can measure and stir you can make them too.

  1. Happy Cyber Monday! I tried shopping online for an inexpensive ChromeBook for our daughter, but they were sold out 🙁 Now they are double the price, so we have to think about something else for her for Christmas now.

Hope you have a great week…looks like you’ll be eating very well!

  2. Oh, Erin, I’m sorry to hear about the Chromebook. I got one before a conference I went to this fall and found a good deal and they are nice. But I’ve noticed the prices have really jumped up in the last couple of weeks. My husband wants one to replace an iPad. Maybe there will be another sale before Christmas.

I hope you have a great week!
