This week I was feeling a little lazy about cooking, so I planned a few simple meals. We haven’t had the chili baked potato bar for a while and I added it to the menu plan. I also included a breakfast for dinner since those are always quick and easy to make. Plus a couple skillet dishes and a slow cooker dish too.
I find that when I don’t feel like cooking planning simple meals helps to keep us from eating out and saves me time in the kitchen too.
Here’s our menu plan for this week,
Chili Baked Potaotes, Salad, and Fruit
Hamburger Skillet Dish, Salad, and Garlic Bread
Pan Fried Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans
Pizza Cups, Salad, and Fruit
Herb Rubbed Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans
Slow Cooker Enchiladas, Salad, and Fruit
Leftover Most Days
Bean and Bacon Soup and Sandwiches
Chicken Strip Wraps, Chips and Fruit
Toast and Eggs
Waffles, Eggs, and Sausage
Double Chocolate Baked Donuts, Eggs, and Sausage
