Do you ever have week’s where you just don’t feel like cooking?
This week I was feeling a little lazy about cooking, so I planned a few simple meals.
We haven’t had the chili baked potato bar for a while so I added it to the menu plan. I also included a breakfast for dinner since those are always quick and easy to make.
And I’ll be making a couple of skillet dishes this week too. Skillet dishes are quick and easy to make and easy to clean up too, since you are only using one pan.
A slow cooker dish of slow cooker enchiladas. They are a layered enchiladas and they are so good. If you haven’t tried the recipe you really should give it a try.
I find that when I don’t feel like cooking, planning simple meals helps to keep us from eating out and saves me time in the kitchen too.
