This week is a little of a busy week so I’m sticking to some easy to make recipes. If you haven’t tried to make your own pizza at home you need to give it a try.

The pizza dough recipe I use is super easy and doesn’t even need to rise. I can get a couple pizzas made in about 30 minutes.

I’m also serving a few meals from the freezer, meatloaf, and cherry chicken skillet. The cherry chicken skillet recipe is from the book, Fix, Freeze, Feast.

It’s a great freezer cooking book. I’m made quite a few recipes from this book and we have loved them all.

    1. I know I only made one batch the first time just to make sure we would like it. It doesn’t have too much of a cherry taste. I like it because it’s a little different and is easy to prepare. 🙂

Funny you mention it, I am planning on making homemade pizza dough this week for the first time. I got pizza crust yeast and was going to try the recipe on the package since it said the crust would be ready in 30 minutes. Cherry chicken sounds fabulous. Here’s my menu plan and my Small Victories Sunday linky, I hope you link up 3 of your posts!
