This week is a little of a busy week so I’m sticking to some easy to make recipes. If you haven’t tried to make your own pizza at home you need to give it a try.
The pizza dough recipe I use is super easy and doesn’t even need to rise. I can get a couple pizzas made in about 30 minutes.
It’s a great freezer cooking book. I’m made quite a few recipes from this book and we have loved them all.
Here’s our meal plan for this week,
Pizza and Salad
Cherry Chicken Skillet, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans
Pancakes, Eggs, and Sausage
Enchilada Shells, Salad, and Fruit
Crisp and Soft Tacos, Refried Beans and Salsa and Chips
Leftovers most days
Sandwiches with Soup
Tuna Sandwiches with Chips and Fruit
Snack type lunch with fruit, cheese, vegetable sticks, lunchmeat and crackers
Toast and Eggs
Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich with Fruit
